Ingredients: New Zealand Solar Salt, Garlic, Hibiscus Flowers and African Fish Pepper
The salt is packaged in a grinder jar so pop the lid, turn upside down and season your food!  
 
If you are a garlic salt fan, this salt is waiting for you! The salt is all about garlic and the hibiscus adds balance with a complementary lemon-flavor. We also add a pinch of the Slow Food designated Ark of Taste, African Fish Pepper (no fish involved here) so you might get an occasional pop of heat that quickly disappears. We use this salt on everything! Great for grilling, roasting veggies, green veggies and roast potatoes. The salt is also great as a margarita rimmer!
