Based on a French recipe, this fig syrup tastes of light brown sugar and figs. Use this syrup for an Old Fashioned, a Moscow Mule rift with orange in lieu of lime or add to Prosecco or Champagne. We also baste with this syrup, over brussel sprouts, salmon or pork.
